The pool
It is so dated it is like being back in the 1970s! Awful decor, dirty old carpets and disgusting green bathroom suites. It is old and horrible and is need of urgent updating.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Iguazu Falls. The renovated rooms were simple but comfortable, and the clean bathroom was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and provided good service, always attentive to our needs. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a shopping mall, making it easy to buy any essentials we needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was decent and sufficient to start the day.
Everything was fine with no major issues.

The hotel looks like a little bit old, the furniture and the painting needs to be renewed, but the staff, sports area and food are very nice. The location helps you to catch the bus to all attractions in a minutes.
They missed bathroom things like shampoos, hairdryer and brushes.

The Dom Pedro had very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour desk service. I am not fluent in Portuguese, but I still prefer to do everything in Portuguese and though some of the staff members spoke English, they were more than willing to work with me.
The hotel had a leak in the roof by my room. It is very clean, but I think it peaked about 20 years ago and is in need of a lot of updating and remodeling. It is a bit pricey for what you get, though clean rooms, a snack buffet, and friendly staff go a long way in my book.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the indoor pool which made us hesitant to swim in it. we were not impressed with the dining options provided by the hotel which were limited and do not meet our expectations.
